  1. Linda Stein says:

Where does it say anything about Season 2??? It’s confirming episode orders for 2010-2011 which is THIS season, not next season. It’s just saying that some shows will be have more episodes and some will have less and some shows are staying at 24 episodes, like H50! I have read this through 5 times. It says NOTHING about Season 2!!!!! Believe me, I wish to hell it did! Calm down people!

  2. Mr. Mike says:

Hmmm, I think the editor for this thing doesn’t like angular brackets!

    To repeat:

Sounds like the same person who wrote an article for the Hollywood Reporter back in January saying that the show was being renewed for a second season, even though what this really meant was the show had been picked up for 24 shows THIS SEASON.

Maybe whoever is reporting this got fired from the Hollywood Reporter and went to work for the Futon Critic?

According to a friend of mine who is a TV critic, CBS will typically announce that a show is being renewed for next season at the very last minute in the current season, maybe even in May.

If I keep on hearing ‘CBS Cares’ one more time it makes me want to throw the cushion at the TV. This is stupid why is it taking so long

  4. jlopie (Lynnette) says:

If I was a “betting” person, I’d bet the farm that we won’t hear any “official” renewal announcement until the CBS Upfront on Wednesday, May 18, at 12:00 Noon! Which happens to be 2 days AFTER the season finale. But honestly, there’s enough scuttlebutt going around to rest assured there will be a season 2. The official announcement will be a ho hummer!
